Default need direction on mods

hello all the experts here.
to improve power on 7SP, without going TT or SC, what else have to be done except intake, HFC, CBE, (stock headers are just slightly different than the aftermarket short headers)no headers, pulley, and of course a tune up.
please dont post anything about weights, working on it.
is there anything to improve shift time and engine stuff.
thanks.
