Ok so I just installed the k&n typhoon intake (which I love) but now my windows won't go up automatically. They go Down with one clock but you have to

Need help!
Ok so I just installed the k&n typhoon intake (which I love) but now my windows won't go up automatically. They go Down with one clock but you have to hold the button to make them go up. What did I do? This doesn't make sense to me at all, why would an intake install effect the windows? Any input appreciated. Thanks!
