Delayed engine start after stalling.

Hi guys,

I got a used 2010 370z with about 5k miles on it and had it for less than a week.

This is my first manual car and today when I was practicing in the parking lot, I stalled several times learning to start on a hill. After stalling several times, I noticed my engine took longer to start (about 1 second longer).

Should I be worried? Can anyone explain what's causing this?

Just checked the car this morning, it started normally :).

Still if anyone knows what causes the delayed start after stalling and starting the car several times in a short period of time, please fill me in. Does it have to do with spark plugs or something?

1 second longer is not a delay. Sounds fine to me. Don't stall it a lot in a short timeframe. Problem solved. Can't be good for the engine anyway.

You also should wait several seconds after a stall, to restart. Can't be good to stall, and restart right that next second.

my 2 cents
