Only on tight slow turning. Goes away as it warms up after a few miles. Im thinking not an issue unless it gets worse. This is her first winter with the car so we are still learning the quirks. Thanks.

It is a combination of the Summer tires and the cold differential, the Summer tires aren't intended to be driven much below 45-50F. After a few miles they build up a little bit of heat but in lower temps or rain be very careful.
