Does anyone have any reviews of the energy suspension bushing, or the whiteline bushing? I'd love to know how the NVH compares to stock, it's amazing no one really seems

I'd love to know how the NVH compares to stock, it's amazing no one really seems to have reviews/guides/impressions posted. It's also amazing how many people have a blow bushing ![]() |

I know its a little late but maybe this will help someone. I've got an 04 350z and my diff bushing crapped out. I put in spl solid bushings and I didn't notice any unusual noise or roughness in the ride. I have stock gears so maybe that makes a difference. My friend just got a 10 370z, completely stock down to the wheels, and when he tried to launch it on the street it had wheel hop. Strange for a 2 year old car. he's going to order the spl bushings and were going to put them in. When I put mine in, the rear bush wash a beotch to get out. I tried the "install tool" supplied with the bushings and it did nothing. I read you could use a hacksaw blade and cut the bushing from the inside out but it did nothing. I also read you could take the subframe off and take it to get the bushing removed but there was no way in h*ll I was going to do that. I got a friend of mine to cut a piece of 3" pipe approximately 3" long and got another friend to weld an about 1/4" thick plate on one side and drill a hole though the center of the plate. I got some all thread, nuts, and washes from home depot and went to work. I put the open end of the pipe on the rear side of the bushing and the "install tool" on the front side. All thread through the center with washes and nuts an both sides. I used a socket wrench and a breaker bar to turn the nut on the rear (pipe side). It was slow going at first because I had the car on ramps and there was not much room underneath for the breaker bar but once the bushing was a little more than halfway it got easier. I kicked myself in the *ss for not thinking of it sooner. To get the solid bush in I just lined it up on the front side and used the "install tool" and a hammer and it went in pretty easy. I also had the solid bushings in the freezer for a day and a half. If I knew how to use a computer for anything but porn I would have posted pics of my "extraction tool" but alas, I don't. I hope this helps someone.

Thought i'd give feedback on the whiteline bushings, very solid feeling, no more wheel hop, at all, much more stable feeling round corners

Just just over $100 shipped, but confirm for the 370 as mine were for the 350, i do not recall if they're the same or not.

Honestly I think most people wouldn't even notice it until it's on the rack or if they crawl under the rear of the car.
