Dreaded P0300

I installed my ART pipes.about 2. weeks ago and hadn't experienced any problems till I.threw.a.solid.code.last.week.. so I tightened up the piping and reset the the ecu, now the.sel started.blinking, knowing that's a misfire.I.took it.to autozone to had.the.code.pulled and got random.multiple misfire.codes. Could the.ART Pipes have leaned out the af to cause.that condition? I'm idling high.at 1k rpm, if.i.reset the.sel the car will run normally till it throws.the.sel again. The.car doesn't appear.to have a misfire off idle and throws.a solid sel, once.you.get around 65 though, the.blinking.misfire.sel returns, thoughts?

My thoughts are get the car tuned ASAP, sounds like your AFR is really off... additionally they will remove the second o2 sensor so you don't throw CELs any more.

I was planning on doing it after I got my exhaust installed but unfortunately it doesn't look like ill be able to wait that long now, have you or anyone else experienced this from tp's?

I've seen the code thrown from intake but none thus far on the forums from hfc's or tp's.

Interesting development after resting the code a few times and driving at quarter to half throttle till I can get it tuned the code changed from multiple misfire to o2 sensor, bank 1 sensor 1, I'm assuming when I'm on part throttle the flow isn't enough to screw with fuel trims but when the car is somewhat pushed it screws with the A/F and causes the random misfire.

I had the same code after installing my ART pipes. Car was running rich. I replaced the ART pipes with Stillen HFCs. Code went off for a week and came back on. I had to take it to the dealer to get reset. I'm going to drive it for a while before I decide to put the ART pipes back on. If I decide to put them back on.

I did notice that the car is much slower with the HFCs though.

Sorry to bring up an old post but the same thing is happening to me now, I have test pipes and the cel is blinking, but it seems like there are no symptoms, no loss of power or Anything.
