It won't include the flywheel because the flywheel doesn't really wear out. The benefit to the OEM is that you already know the pedal feel and if anything prematurely goes wrong (not user error) the dealership will cover it.
If you go aftermarket you are going to have a change in engagement/pedal feel and the dealership def won't cover (hell they may not even install).
I personally would stick with OEM if you aren't making some serious TQ but that is just my opinion. Otherwise you may end up with a clutch that has a overly sharp engagement and less forgiveness (especially if there is a chance that you aren't driving it 100% properly).
