Any info on the 370Z LSD that will be included in the Sport Package?

I know there isn't much out there yet, but I'm curious if the upgraded the LSD over the unit in the 350Z......

Anybody know?

In a car with this much power, and nearly 1G in a turn from the factory (with sport package,) a Quaife LSD would be a welcome component. Then again, this car is already pushing the value envelope so I would bet on a Viscous LSD with the package and a clutch-type NISMO upgrade available.

EDIT: In other posts they quote Nissan as saying the sport package comes with a Viscous LSD, so there you go.

Yeah its a viscous one again, which absolutely sucks :(

Anyone know if it's possible to change the rear-end gears on the 370z?
I read somewhere that it is 3:69-1 stock, is this true?

Not sure on the ratio, but of course it is possible to change the rear ratio. Finding a replacement set might be tough, if they will ever exist, but you can always have something custom made.

Actually Mine's already made their prototype LSD for the 370Z and used it on the track testing last week. It's only a matter of time they release it to their customers.

b. Normal wheel, but the Potenza RE-11 tires are fitted. The size Fr: 245/35R19, Rr: 275/30R19. Normal Fr: 245/40R19, Rr: 275/35R19 than the outside diameter of less than 5 percent.

c. LSD has been replaced, but at this stage for the prototype of the details were not disclosed.

This might of been said already..

But, will the rearend of a 350z bolt right up to the G37?

If it does, then there is a good chance it will bolt right up to the 370z..

I will keep looking for the info.

It will be VICIOUS

The diff sucks compared to nearly every other diff on the market. Buy it and if you plan on serious track time, replace it in the future.

Rear end can be changed, but supposedly throws off synchro rev match and rev matching with the auto. The lower the gear, the worse it's affected.

It actually shifts faster with the 4.08 gears on a 7 AT.
