mobile 1 oil... is it that bad?
ok so i have always used mobile 1 in my cars forever. however i just ran across a couple threads saying it wasnt good for our motors since it was non ester based oil.
1) why doesnt nissan mention this in the manual. it says use "synthetic oil". 2) my other question is, should i just finish off my 3000 miles with this oil and switch to redline or should i look to get this outta my car as soon as possible. i guess what im askin, is running one 3000 mile cycle on mobile 1 gonna do any damage or cause any more valvetrain noise?
