Still no further leaking, but the problem seems to be getting worse. Now right before u let your foot off the clutch peddle after each gear change it makes a loud clunk noise that was never present, and it also feels as thOugh there is some slipping as my acceleration isnt as snappy, even though the engine rpms are still reving normally. Also when i press tye clutch peddle while holding it at a light i can feel through my foot something hitting it. Its random too, sometimes it feels smooth and other times it feels like something spinning and whacking against something making a pecking vibration thats very noticavle through the peddle with a random clunk thats actually barely audible sometimes.

Im sure what they are making me do just to proove its broken is actually harming it even more. What is tge service thats in charge of all the nissan dealerships for filing a complaint or trouble issue with? I cant remember what they are called or how to contact them. Im also concidering involving my command JAG lawyer as well since nissan is obviously trying to scam there way out of fixing there defective product that by warentee contract they have to fix.

And as for the gas thing, its no joke im stumped too. I **** u not. And as for letting it sit running for a while...... Do u realize how long that engine will run off 2-3 gallons of gas while idle? Practicly the entire day. So i doubt it was from that, and besides how can u diagnose a messed up transmission by having the car just sit there running. Im not sure that the highschool dropout mechs at nissan are dumb enough to waste there time like that. Although the thought crossed my mind.

That is probably what they did, up on a lift with someone running it through gears while the other guy watched. Of course it won't do it on a lift because there is no load on the drivetrain. The worst mileage I get is 6 mpg driven flat out on a race track, I doubt they were able to achieve that on ordinary roads.

@CHII370.... Nissan corporation is very good with customer satisfaction. Everything that I have read on here with someone contacting them about an issue gets resolved and the end result is the person is satisfied. You do have to call the number given above to start the ball rolling. Please keep us informed with the progress.
