It is a 2009 and I am at about 208xx miles. There shouldn't be any reason why this s happening. I do drive the car hard but not ever where I go. A couple times a week I get on it. Never slipped and not often missed a gear. Haven't burn the clutch at all since I have owned it.

It is now getting to the point where at least once a day it will have trouble going into gear sometimes even grinding. Could this be the same issue?
I would start with replacing the clutch fluid with high temp DOT 4. Sounds like your fluid is contaminated and had air pockets from possible boiling. If there is still a problem then the finger points to the CSC.

Yep. Bleed the clutch and see if it persists. All fingers point toward your CSC taking a dump. Get the aftermarket CSC and your problems will go away. If you're doing this out of pocket, consider throwing a new clutch and flywheel in there since the transmission's coming out. Save yourself some labor cost down the line.

I will do that this weekend and see if that resolves the issue. Technically I still have the factory warranty but I imagine its voided with the parts I have put on it.

I haven't had any clutch problems yet, my car is 2009, like an athlete I'm mentally preparing myself for the failure, thinking about how it will feel, bracing myself for the gut wrenching irritation it will cause, etc.
Kinda like Rocky, getting ready for that big day!

Congratulations zpodz, I would stick with that dealer, sounds like he wants your business in the future.
