Dyno tune after exhaust mod?

So I recently inquired Kaizen Tuning about getting an exhaust mod on my Z. They recommend me to do a dyno tune after installation of the new exhaust. Is that

So I recently inquired Kaizen Tuning about getting an exhaust mod on my Z. They recommend me to do a dyno tune after installation of the new exhaust. Is that necessary or better to actually do it?
