If it were me, I would lose about 200 lbs from the car, max out the NA mods, maybe beef up the sway bars, and of course the oil cooler is going to be needed... though I did 3 VERY hard runs tonight after the car was already warmed up and it just hit 220... but it's pretty cool tonight and it's not lap after lap either. Coming from an s2000, I will tell you the Z probably leaves a second or so on the table with the current weight distribution. 53/47 is actually pretty shitty for a RWD 'sports car'

I think factory sways aren't that bad tbh. It'd be nice if the rear was stiffer though.

Pads are something you always change for the track. Nobody runs track pads on the street. I don't really care what pads a car comes with, I'm gonna take 10 minutes and switch them at the track.

Weight is reasonable for what the car is. Dropping 200 lbs and you lose stiffness or comfort--neither is really an option. Of course, in an ideal world, it would be great.
