Default Traded 09 A/T for 11 M/T --Quick Question

Hi all, been away for awhile. Last week I traded in my 2009 SP A/T for a 2011 SP M/T. First time I've ever traded in a car for a new car of the same model but love is love. Anyway was worried when I heard first gear whining after driving for awhile, just first no other gears. I've read a few threads and just to be sure and ease my mind, first gear whine when warmed up is normal, right?

Yes I have OCD, but I love my Z, please help me sleep

Thank you
