These are not true solid mounts due to the polyurethane cores, but my I installed some polyurethane trans and engine mounts in my auto trans Saab and the vibration was fairly bad for the first couple hundred miles before it was completely broken in. After, it was not that much worse than stock and the drivetrain felt so much more solid too.

Then again, the Z is a FAR better car. The stock mounts in this car are actually nicely stiff for N/A applications.

Well if anyone is interested in being the first customer to try these out I can work out a deal if you are willing to post a review that way we can see how they compare to OEM

If you were closer, I would definitely take you up on this and have you install a set.

Engine mounts are always an issue... so I'd say so, unless you have the right tools. Unfortunately I'm not sure they work on the G37, the description from Drop only puts it for the Z34

my 350z has solid metal engine mounts and stock trans mount. Crazy vibration is only apparent while starting the engine. During driving it has a great feel to it and very little extra vibration, really only noticable when chugging the engine.

If I wanted stiffer mounts in my 370z, i wouldnt even hesitate to get these ones if vibrations were my only concern. After I take care of some other priorities with my car, I will either end up with these or just make solid metal ones again.

Any way you can make sure? I know we use the same engine and same under body bracings, not to say this should be the same but could be a possibility

Are these something you can get separate? i.e. the engine or the tranny mounts only, or is it something you wanna upgrade both at the same time?

Secondly are these something that only work for MT's or would AT's benefit from these as well? Prolly the engine ones more than the tranny ones right??
