The shifts are way better with no slop . Does have a bit more interior noise but I am dampening my car soon ..

i have solid motor mounts in my 300zx, i like them. but mine needed to be replaced and the motor was out of the car anyway.

last thing i want to do is introduce more vibration into the cabin. its like we driving a truck engine or something...
