Default possible CSC failure

at 24k miles ive had issues with cluth pedal pressure and clutch fluid either leaking or burning off some how. i filled the resivour up and bleed per the book, but it still feels crappy.

also last night i noticed a half dollar sized puddle of black watery greese on my garage floor. jacked her up and noticed the bushing that holds the rear differential to the sub frame busted....? odd

here you see the dif on the left and the sub frame where the dif attaches.

i drop her off at the dealership at noon. wish me luck
