You need to put losing in quotations... that is still all profit in labor (after paying the mechanics of course).

It is just a discounted contract rate because the company is the one footing the bill.

It still isn't right to try and gouge people because your not getting full pop for something.

I would think dealerships would love warranty work... I had a friend that was a service rep at Toyota and he loved recalls and things of that nature because it was guaranteed business... if my car isn't getting warranty work I am doing it myself or at a private shop. Just my opinion.

Not a "big company", I do not think that Nissan was trying to mess him over. More like the dealer.

Happen to me last week. I was going about 55mph and than the car cut off on me. no power steering or brake. Took it to the dealer and have them check it out but the ecu didnt have any codes. So they been working on it for a week now, no luck yet. Still at the shop (
