Oil Coolers and Oil changes

I just recently installed a Z1 oil cooler, and filled the oil cooler up prior to starting the motor. My oil cooler takes 1 qt of oil to fill. With

My oil cooler takes 1 qt of oil to fill. With that being said, when doing an oil change the oil cooler should technically be drained along with the oil pan. Is anybody doing this?
