Nismo engine.?

Hi Guys,just want to find out,which parts is not the same between our standard engine & the Nismo ones,i knew the exhausts are not the same,but is the engine parts the same.?Thanks.

Exhaust & tune are the only two changes when it comes to the engine.

So 'if' i have changed my exhausts to HKS Hi Power+K&N drop in airfilters,can my car's power be around the same as Nismo's 350Bhp.?

Touring M/T: 3278
Touring A/T: 3314
Base M/T: 3232
Base A/T: 3269
