I mean there has to be more right...? tell me what you guys got goin on under those hoods and the results u are seeing from them

If you're 370Z has some miles on it than I think you've already avoided the most likely engine failure - oil consumption. If you don't have that, an engine failure would probably actually be related to some after market parts (bad pulley installs are scarey) and if you can't afford it, you shouldn't install it.

OTOH, there is the M370 intake manifold (search for the thread) that adds some decent performance for a high price.

I'm not sure throttle bodies make sense in the VVEL world? The holy grail may be cracking the VVEL encryption to enable full control over valve timing and lift, but that seems to be taking a while.

What else are you expecting? Without factory FI, a lot of easy power upgrades aren't available, and the engine is pretty highly tuned from the factory in a lot of ways.

You get different maps you can switch using the OEM cruise control.

wow i just did a lot of research on these vq motors and its no wonder why the aftermarket for perormance sector for these motors isn't exactly saturated. damn complicated machines we got here... we must crack the tuning wall for this vvel!!
