Default Power steering fluid leak.

I did a search on the forum and didn't really find anything.

The 370 is leaking power steering fluid somewhere . I have no clue where its coming from. I'm brining it in to the dealer tomorrow. Just wondering if anyone has ever had any issues.

How do you know it's power steering fluid? Reservoir is low?

Reservoir is low and you can just hear it when you turn the steering-wheel. I have it in the shop right now. The tech, which is a family friend says he can smell it everywhere. He also stated that it could be as simple as a hose. But it also can be the whole system. He'll give me a call later today to update me once the get it up.

I wouldn't worry too much. Not sure what he means by 'the whole system'. It's simply a reservoir connected to the pump and motor via hoses. The hoses are a bit intricate, so finding the leak is the main challenge. The system is pressurized, hence why there is fluid all over the place. (Think of a pin-hole in a balloon)

They'll fix it.

Just got it back from the dealer. They said it's a small leak. but they don't know where is coming from. So they are going to replace the assembly. Basically all the hoses.
