that means NA is gonna be pretty pathetic...5-10rwhp at the most....many people are waiting for this like the 2nd coming of the Z....i really hope its not a let down

I think people need to stop thinking this is going to be some magical thing.
It will be a very nice addition for tuning both NA & FI, but just one item.

5-10whp would not be that bad, especially if you can just change it in your existing UpRev tune. I also heard it could be like putting a mild cam in the car, some I'm sure it will help alot down low and add some much needed torque.

is this for VVEL tunning or adjusting?

I could possibly see the adjusting producing decent gains

I mean, I would take more, but I really doubt there is a whole lot left on the table.

I dont care how much HP we will gain after we install GTM VVEL control

what i really care about is, I hope they release it before the next generation of VHR comes.

Yea, it could be an alternative to adding aftermarket cams. With whatever they adjust.

I agree. Everyone always talks about "when Sam finally cracks VVEL" like it's the second coming.

The main thing I think it would help with is improving the low-mid range driveability of the car, which in stock form is fairly anemic.

+1, all its gonna do is help with lower and mid end on NA cars. Might have the most promise for SC cars...

I'm a lot more concerned with that aspect of the car rather than peak numbers. I moved to the Z hoping for more juice in the midrange.

And before you say it, yes, I should have bought a mustang:rofl2:.

Problem was it really wasn't much fun to drive unless it was on the dragstrip. Even on the smoothed out street tune, it had no power below 5k, and then too much beyond there.

The guy that bought it from me found the same thing out, and he's swapping out the turbo for something much smaller.
