could try hard wiring an MSD 8733 GM LS coil on plug 2 step. Ecu would probably go limp if you used it for a while thinking it was misfiring. would probably work at the dragstrip for the few seconds the lights are on just reset the ecu after each run. I'd call msd and see what they say.

so your saying to swap out my coils with LS's?

.... isnt the n2mb wot box and 2step a universal setup you just spice some wires.....

this is who created it for the srt-4 ugh lol

whyyyyyyyyyyyyy are we just limited to one single tuning company. i know uprev is great and everything but damn why wouldn't they charge $700?? they are the ONLY game in town.

i agree that a 2 step is prolly useless, but my buddy has a 09 sti that he has flat foot shifting and a 2 step setup on and it is pretty sweet. i'd almost like it just to say i have it

i take it that nobody posting in this thread has ever tried flooring it with the clutch down and the car at a stop?

Somebody with a 6MT, go outside and tell me how high of RPM you can get (let the engine warm up!)

if it makes it over 4500rpm then either my car is a freak or someone is putting something in my water.

phunk it's limited to 4500 in neutral position put the shifter in first, push the clutch in and you get the full 7500 also no the gm ls coil unit is just an interupter box youd wire it to the ecu driver side of the nissan stick coils it detects rpm and cuts coil voltage right at the stick ls's have stick coils too but the wiring is different so you'd have to go through a z wiring diagram and an ls wiring diagram to to do it. problem is the ecu will go limp and detect misfire after a while so don't use it for long.

Edit: also thats my problem with uprev as well 3/4 the price of hondata but 1/4 the features
