Synchro Rev Match

This might be a stupid question but if you make after market performance mods will the Synchro Rev Match still work with the gained horsepower or will it be off?

Yes, it will still work flawlessly. More/less power won't do anything to affect how SRM functions.

So even if i have 500 horsepower the downshift will still be flawless? How does that work?

Thanks for reply!

It works based on Speed, RMP and Gear.

Well thats good. As you may see im not a car expert but ordered a 370z the beginning of this month hoping it will come in May. Very excited for it to come and want to put exhaust and intake on it but did not want to hurt that system.

I actually picked the exterior and interior color that everyone on this forum seemed to hate. lol

The only time I can envision synchro-rev match not working flawlessly is if you did a tranny swap or changed the gearing, etc.
Also if you started making 700-800 rwhp I would think that the SRM would slow you down and hurt you more than help you.
Conversely, if you're making 700-800 rwhp I would hope that you know how to drive the car without SRM.
