I was wondering since the s13,s14,etc... all had r200 differentials if an lsd out of one would fit in the 370z

No, they wont. They're all called r200 but very different. G35/350Z/G37 will work fine though, as long as they're from a MT. And if you just get the VLSD unit out of their pumpkin, you'll need one of their output shafts/axles to be able to install it into your pumpkin if you have an open diff car.

Your best bet is to buy a Quaife LSD which will bolt directly into your open diff pumpkin. They can be found for $1000 new.
