The info is out there. I saw a page about some company that will CNC mill all the excess material from your 370 block, but don't remember the URL, site name, or company name. :( IIRC, it listed beginning weight and post-milling weight.

about 350lbs. compared to the vq35's 330 lbs. vvel system is probably the reason for the extra wight
