ive got this street by my house i occasionally use to make a u-turn at early in the morning as a short cut. Pretty much everytime I cut the wheel

ive got this street by my house i occasionally use to make a u-turn at early in the morning as a short cut. Pretty much everytime I cut the wheel hard at this place, the car shakes like the the tires are breaking loose, but they couldn't, im going to slow. and this only happens when the car is dead cold, never afterward. What you're describing sounds like this. i chalk it up to rack and pinion binding from being cold... really not a problem, just a minor annoyance.
