Ok from the beginning...I first experieced problems with my clutch back in June 10'. I was driving and I lost all clutch pressure. I had to pry my pedal off the floor with my foot. I got some pressure back after doing this, and made it to my destination. After I started it again the clutch felt normal. This happened to me again about a month later, but I did the same thing, parked it, and restarted it..and back to normal. While this was happening my clutch felt like it started to have more play in the pedal, almost like it was wearing down. I also read on here that other people were experiencing the same thing, almost like the clutch was being broken in. Then all of a sudden last month my car would have to rev up really high then after I would shift it would finally catch in to gear. So once I had time I took it to nissan, and they told me the clutch was shot, and it needed to be replaced. I couldn't believe this after only 12XXX miles and all normal driving. I have gotten on it a few times, and dropped the clutch only a hand full, but I thought this car was made for this....Anyway, they wanted to charge me $2800.00 to replace the flywheel and clutch assembly. I was blown away by the price, and told them NO, at that time. I asked what exactly they did and all they did was drive the car, and for $600.00 thwy would drop the transmission. I then went home and started searching the forums for a better alternative. I then came home and called Nissan Corp. and after about a week of phone tag they offered to do the inspection for free. I agreed and today they call me and tell me that my clutch is indeed bad, but they have lowered their price down to just alittle over $1100 for the whole job. The service tech says he is giving me the flywheel for free, and giving me 15% off all other parts and labor....So after some long hard thinking I told them to do it, and I guess I will have to see how it all works out........

I don't want to sound like I’m coming down on you, cause all of this sucks, but I think you need to learn more about how to drive a manual transmission. Can you not tell when your clutch is slipping? I would tend to think that maybe some of these clutch drops you've done may have been what led to the failure you are having now, especially if you can't tell when your clutch is slipping. Ever see the guy with the Vette that dosn't know when his clutch is slipping?

And i'll follow all of this up with, I think Nissan should replace your clutch under warranty. The previous accounts of the pedal sticking should have clued them to the fact that something is wrong.
