How many run NO ETHANOL GAS?

I use pure gas....NO ETHANOL 93 OCTANE There is a big difference in power you will notice right away. Yes it costs more, but to me it is well worth the added "KICK IN THE ***" that it gives, no matter what your are driving. Anyone else on the forum use this?

Ethanol-free gas stations in the U.S. and Canada

There's nothing wrong with an ethanol mix if you add a little bit of timing advance to take advantage of it. Yes, it will get slightly worse economy, but you can indeed make a bit more power if you're tuned for even a 10% mixture.

not a single one near me...

None in Houston.
I would bet some of the tracks in Houston are ethanol free but cannot always get that.

After working in two different gas stations 25 years ago that both had alcohol in the gas, I truly doubt that there is ANY pure gas to be had. If I'm not mistaken, there are government regulations saying that the gas has to contain alcohol. I may be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that's the case.

I've always used Chevron 94, ethanol free. Then I was lured in by the cheap prices at Costco, 91 w.10% ethanol. After two tanks I'm going back to Chevron.
Noticeable difference.

The Federal law states that regular gasoline cannot contain more than 10% ethanol. It does not mandate its use however some states have made that decision. In places like MA and CA you won't find any non-ethanol regular gas for that reason.

The lower octanes have it in them but most places dont have it in their 93 octane. It should have a 10% ethenol sticker by each octane that has it if I recall correctly.
