If there was any chance you could make it out here in Maryland.. There's AAM, they do excellent work, you'd be in and out in about a day.

Thermo Tec 14010 Thermo Sleeve | eBay

This is what I got, it'll run ya roughly $20, you'll use up 70% of it, if you do both lines on the CSC..

If you buy it from this seller, he's out of NY, I don't know how the hell it took 6 days shipping from NY to DC..

DEI Titanium Exhaust Wrap works well to shield from Exhaust heat. I've used it on headers, Exhaust pipes, etc on many cars to help keep engine compartment & drive train areas protected from heat from headers/pipes. Good stuff, last long time, doesn't require pre-soak.

Would this work well? http://www.amazon.com/Thermo-Tec-135...CZ8FCDH702QG64

I'm thinking it should help keep my fluid from getting as hot?

RBF600 or the Motul 5.1 which is designed to work very well with high temps.

Model 2011 Nissan 370z Sport
VIN Top Secret
Purchase date April 2012
Occurrence date July 2015
Mileage 58,000

About a year ago my clutch PEDAL broke, shearing off the helper spring mount. The pedal became very sloppy and difficult to shift but I replaced it with the RJM adjustable pedal and was very pleased with the results. Thanks to this website though I have since known to keep a close eye out for any CSC issues.

The car is my daily driver and I generally baby the car around town, although I have been to a few HPDEs with it. I currently run PFC 665 for the clutch line. Two weeks ago while changing my engine oil, I noticed that the Clutch reservoir fluid level was getting very low . Prior to this, I had not had any problems with the clutch line and had it flushed at least once before. No puddles or leaks were noticed under the car or on the bottom of the transmission. I ordered the ZSpeed CSC and parked my car for a week (make sure you have a spare car if you own a nissan or anything British).

I am lucky enough to have a good friend that owns a shop with a lift, and today the two of us swapped out the CSC. The entire procedure took roughly 3 hours, and was made much easier by slightly dropping the front subframe to help tilt the transmission down. The clutch disc was noted to be plenty thick still - which is great since I didn't order a new one. Car is now doing great although the engagement point is slightly lower and grabbier, two things I can adjust with the RJM pedal.

Before I did the work myself I went to a Z shop locally and was quoted roughly $950 labour + parts. I ended up doing it myself with a friend for the price of the CSC and a few good beers (Dogfish Head, Aviator, and DuClaw).

As much as I love this car, I will say that I have been pretty disappointed by the build quality and random issues I've had - breaking clutch pedal, CSC failure, axle click, engine oil overheating, and clear coat bubbling off all over.

So my car came back from the dealer these are the things they claimed are needed

Part#
30205-JK40c - Cover Assy-Clutch 787.89
306A1-JK40d - Cyl Assy - Conc 183.50
12310-EY00A - Flywheel Assy 1084.32

everything with labor $3500

I do not trust they have actually figured out the problem after reading everyone else's story on here that has experienced the clutch pedal losing pressure and going to the floor. I still think my best option is to get rid of this car. I have had way to many issues (2 engines, etc, smh) with this car and I bought it fairly new 7k miles currently at 42k.

I totally agree. I am disappointed with the quality of this car. I loved my 350z. I had no major issues. The reliability of the 350 made me purchase the 370, but I have had to many major issues with this car.
