I've fixed a couple of issues using Twitter (yeah, I know it sounds silly) but it really has been effective in speeding up the communications process. I was even able to get non-refundable airline tickets refunded when I could not take a trip due to Superstorm Sandy.

2013 BS, 36,523 miles

now i have to argue with nissan to get it replaced under the drive train warranty since my 3/36,000 is out.

New Z guy here and I cannot believe that Nissan has NOT been able to get to the root cause of this issue. The model has been out for almost 7 years and still no factory fix. That is just BS!

Should be. It is part of the drive train but it is Nissan

Unfortunately it will.It has the same crappy CSC as the older models.
