In Cali though, and someone correct me if I am wrong, don't you have 6 years before you have to smog a new car? Like you wouldn't have to smog

In Cali though, and someone correct me if I am wrong, don't you have 6 years before you have to smog a new car? Like you wouldn't have to smog your '09 370Z until 2015.
