370Z Downpipe?

Here's a question for you, though. I only have experience totally removing my cats. Will HFC's still pass a sniffer test, or are they there to simply look pretty and pass a visual test?

It will probably depend on your state's smog laws. I have had cars with no cats pass our sniffer test here in Nevada.

Sounds like that sniffer test simply plugs into your OBD2 and checks for CEL's heh.

NYS will actually take an O2 reading, for example - same w/ Cali and Texas I believe. So if its a CEL that you can tune out and make disappear, no big deal.

Thats somewhat new to NV. Even before the OBD2 check I have had cars with test pipes pass a traditional sniffer test here.

high flow cats is the way to go.

I try no cats on my 350z and it smell so bad.

Wussy. My 2000 Camaro was running no cats, no exhaust, dumped right under the drivers seat. Smells good
