Default Normal Oil Temps

Hi guys. I recently added an HKS oil cooler and my temps are at a constant 180 to 190 degrees for street driving. Is this considered within normal oil temp operating ranges? Used to be 220 - 230 was normal for me as I live in Manila where ambient temps are pretty hot.
