Default Power Steering Cooler hose

Need help on finding the length and size for power steering hose.
I'm going to be adding a oil cooler and have to relocate the P/S cooler.

I did some search, but want to double check.
2 - 2ft 3/8" Hose...Can I use a fuel hose? went to local auto zone and it only had these.

Pretty sure it's 3/8 ID. The Derale coolers almost all use 11/32 inlet/outlets...essentially 3/8.

I'm just wondering why you need to move around the PS equipment. I'm pretty sure a lot of people have added oil coolers without doing so.
