FYI - Doug Stewart (of crawford) used the figure of 17% for drivetrain loss(6MT), at least when using his local dynojet in nashville. I think that 17% is pretty close.

FYI - Doug Stewart (of crawford) used the figure of 17% for drivetrain loss(6MT), at least when using his local dynojet in nashville. I think that 17% is pretty close.
This was for the VQ35DE models. I can't imagine the efficiency of the drivetrain changing that much over the past couple of years, so I'd stick with the 17% figure for now. |
