1) The kind of dyno- MUSTANG DYNO
2) The Altitude- Scottsdale, AZ. Don't know how far from sea level. 3) If possible, a ballpark ambient temperature- TEMP WAS 78 degrees 3) The BASELINE reading-- 256whp/222tq We did 3 pulls without a fan. HP was good. TQ was 200. So we used a big fan and got the tq up to 222. BASE 7AT- STOCK W/275 Rear Tires http://s24.postimg.org/yepzhiocl/20130411_171439.jpg http://s10.postimg.org/rw96l5b4p/20130411_175845.jpg |
You do not have to worry about altitude and temp....if you are at a reputable shop using a correction factor.
The reason there is that correction factor on the dyno STD, SAE, ext. is so someone in alaska can compare his dyno result to someone in florida. It "corrects" it for temperature, barometric pressure, and all that good stuff. |
