HI, Is the oil in the car that come form the factory synthetic? or normal? Thanks,

Not synthetic. I believe it is Nissan ester oil. Think it's 5W30.

It's NISSAN Non-synthetic 5W30 Ester oil. Most have changed theirs for the first time (typically "upgraded" to synthetic) in the 1500-3500 mile range.

370Z comes with NON synthetic, NON ester oil. Ester is only recommendation and optional choice by the owner.
