When I bought the car, it was the only japanese car on a chevy dealership... Plus they gave me an amazing trade in for my honda. Since the shifting is amazing in the 7AT, I decided it would be more practical(Girlfriend drives if I am drunk
![]() So the question is... sometimes when I am driving around town, I like the feeling of shifting myself. But there are a **** LOAD of red lights in Tallahassee. And sometimes I would shift up, but if I see a red light, I would put the car into Neutral and let it roll to a stop. And then put it back into shift when it turns green. I've been doing this for about a month now, and I don't see any problems with it. Another thing is, sometimes I miss judge and light turns green before I come to a compete stop, I put it back into shift mode(feel a slight lag). But do any of you guys know if this would be bad for my transmission later on down the road? I wan't to keep my car as clean as possible so I can go GTM's TT in the future.
