[OFFICIAL] Manual v. Automatic Thread

Among manual transmissions the Z's is only "average." The SRM feature is awesome, though. If you like driving manual, get the manual. If you aren't sure, you're probably better off

If you like driving manual, get the manual. If you aren't sure, you're probably better off with the automatic. Among automatic transmissions it's "very good."

Well my only choice would be to get the manual transmission because the wife won't drive a standard. If I got an automatic then I'd never get to drive it.

I opted for the house instead of the Z this year. Hopefully next year I'll be able to get the Z.

The autos in the Z are great! I chose the auto and have not regretted it at all. I don't really think this thread is going to help you make a decision. The best thing you can do is go out and drive them both!

No, I think they mean they chose the stick on the 370Z and don't want any more 370Z owners to go faster then them.

INCORRECT!
Im just set on the old fashion sports car in true form...
Dont get me wrong autos will hold there own but a mt6 with a driver who knows how to properly shift will get the best of "most" automatics...especially yours
