whatchu talking about queer?

sorry that facts and figures that prove my side wins equates to a "piss poor response" in the eyes of the MT faithful.

so sad. come harder than that son

man, this may be your most asinine comment thus far or just a super poor troll attempt.

you MT boys really need to shake off the rust and come back tomorrow to try again.

TBF, in auto mode, after market exhaust sounds cheesy.

A DCT though. Sounds amazing. And those perfect shifts with that pop and fireball.

I have to admit, the M6 in the 370z makes me feel like I have no idea what I am doing...that clutch engagement point *smh* - the RJM clutch pedal does make it easier but even after driving it for over a month+, it still makes me feel like a noob!

I drove my buddy's Camaro ZL1 and even though he has a twin disc clutch, shifting was SUPER smooth! Still, wouldn't trade in my MT for a slushbox :P I'll take a DCT, though!

have you even driven the 370 with a 7AT?

if you have I highly doubt you'd call it a "slush box". it's far from it and its actually one of (if not) the best AT (non-dct) I've ever driven.

I have not driven a recent one, I remember one a while back, 2010 or so? It was nice but I think the fastest "slushbox" I've driven is from the Lexus IS-F...now those shifts were QUICK!

It's relevant because the retarded 7AT changing gears makes nice sounding aftermarket exhausts sound crappy. It is a special skill of the 7AT only

Also, there's only a pause between gears when driving/shifting casually in the city. You won't find any pause in my shifting when I'm pushing her

Oh how I love this thread

oh baby

Get a video with your exhaust in traffic with the shifter in D (no manual mode or paddle shifters) and post it up. I want to see how it sounds with the "fast" AT computer controlling the shifts

I don't know what this "D" mode that you speak of is therefore it does not exist.

I used to have a 335i before and I know with my exhaust, I would always be using the paddles...
