Ok..

Here's a feeling that none of you AT7 guys can ever get.....
Spring is upon us now. Most of us winter guys store our beloved Z.
There is nothing better than the first time you take her out, rip it to 7,000 rpms and slam er into second as engage that clutch like you haven't heard her scream in 4 month :driving:
That is something only an MT6 can provide for your thrills:tiphat:

That living in the cold and storage thing must suck! I don't get it, what does the MT do going into second that the AT doesn't? Every sports car I have owned before this was a MT and the only difference is the speed of the shift and an extra pedal.

I have fully auto in the jeep, tip tonic in the Benz and manual in the Z...
None of them give me the pleasure like manually shifting. For me, maybe its taking ne back when i was a boy sitting in the passenger seat of my late dad's 1970 boss ripping through the gears...... When i drive the Z, i different person comes out. If it was 7AT.... may not have that same affect(my opinion)

That's the crux of the matter.

Its because they like spinning the tires, scratching 2nd, banging the rev limiter, and losing the race. But hey they look damn good losing! :driving:
