Default Power Steering Cooler

So in all of the tracking that people have been doing, has anyone found a need to upgrade their power steering coolers? After a track day last summer, so guy peeked under my hood and was adamant that my power steering fluid was boiling. Frankly I think it wasn't and the reservoir is just turbulent when things heat up. The steering was flawless throughout the day.

So, has anyone done an upgrade? If so, what prompted you to do so, and what cooler did you use? Stillen's cooler kit for $175 seems a bit pricey for such a simple system.

I used Stillen's right off the bat. I haven't done a track day without it, but I did regularly boil the PS fluid on my 350Z until I added the nismo one. The nismo 350Z cooler would probably work for ours also, but the stillen one is a lot bigger and I've had no problems with it.

well what happends if it gets to high? Like the oil makes the car go into limp mode, will the PS fluid do the same or will something worse happen?

$175 isn't terrible, especially if you can attest to no more fluid boiling. However, a quick swap for a larger core seems doable for about $40. I just have to find a core with the right fittings. My goal is a swap without changing any hoses. My best guess is the hose is 1/2" ID (with Modshack's assistance and using my micrometer). Since I'd have to pull the bumper, I want to get it right in one try rather than experiment.
