Redline Oil 5W-30

Does anyone know if redline oil is for 7500 mile oil change or 3000 mile oil change? I heard someone saying that since its synthetic, I can use it up to 7,500 miles.

simple answer yes but its pushing it, 5k is a pretty safe interval.

5000 miles is pretty safe interval. You should do oil analysis because those guys at Blackstone lab will actually guide you through your oil changes (at least in the beginning). Here are few lines from an old oil report (2nd change):
