Voided Warranty?

So, I'm slowly narrowing my options of oil. I've noticed that Redline oil is not API certified. Does this bother anyone with regards to warranty issues? Doesn't the owners manual

I've noticed that Redline oil is not API certified. Does this bother anyone with regards to warranty issues? Doesn't the owners manual state that while the Nissan Ester is not required, you need to use an API approved oil of the proper weight (5w-30)?
