Angry Serpentine Belt Ripped into Shreds!

Was tracking the 370z Base + Sports Package at the Sebring Interantional Raceway on the first warm up lap and suddenly the power stearing failed and the engine light came on! I felt the 1st loss of power after a hard turn #7 on the track, but we were all still at slow speeds. I was very lucky that it was only at a warm up lap. Mind you I only had 1500miles on the car. No turbos were installed yet or any mods at all. The dealership ended up taking all the cost....New belt, the tensioner was loose and all wiring for the oil sensors ect were ripped off due to the serpentine belt coming off?

Any thoughts or anyone else have any problems with the Sepentine Belt???
