I checked and the fluid was what appeared to be water which makes me think of condensation on the condenser, but the location of the dripping is what is making me do some thinking. The spot was behind the passenger tire and slightly inside (think of under where the passenger would put their feet, and if you look under the car, you can see a tiedown ring thing... thats the ballpark area). Does that sound right?

Thanks for the help

Bob
The condenser and the radiator are one unit in front of the car, You evaporator is inside the dash, water or condensation coming out of the evaporator drain tube is very normal, that's mean it is working.
