Oil Cooler Question?

Hey Guys,

I've been doing my homework however need some help.

I will be doing some track days and I'll need a oil cooler for my Z.

Can anyone recommend a good kit. I'm based in Australia, So I would rather a complete cooler kit rather then make one up myself.

I'm not to keen on the stillen because I don't wish to move the power steering cooler. Also I can't find a site that sells the nismo cooler.

Also I seem to be reading everywhere, every kit with braided hoses keep exploding.

Please recommend a good oil cooler kit with no bull!

Go to Modshack's DIY Oil Cooler thread and order exactly what he did and you will be very happy with it (and you'll also save some money).

considering you're doing track days i would recommend the AEperformance oil cooler. the main advantage of their kit is the fact that the setrab core they use have the least change in oil pressure while having the biggest surface area compared to the other coolers. plus they developed it specifically for the track (they started by using other company's "race" oil coolers then decided to make their own because those failed).

I'll have alook.

I'll be running the Injen intake not Stillen GenIII. So surface isnt a issue.
