or you can buy any oil cooler kit you feel like and drill 2 11/32 holes into the plate and tap them with 1/8NPT yourself if your competent, and if you borrow the tap it costs you nothing! Edit: sorry Ryan but I'm all for supporting DIY'ers no harm meant

I wish it was that easy. Every oil adapter plate I've seen without one, doesn't have enough metal to be able to support a 1/8 NPT port unless it's designed to have one with enough material present.

i dunno there is some debate to that hole for the pressure sendor being 1/8npt i was putting a sensor on a 350z for a friend and we had to retap the hole because it was either 1/8 nps or 1/8 bsp. either way it's close to 1/8 npt

Just do a search on the SR20 forum, I believe it is BSPT, which is slightly different than NPT. The T I saw was around $45 bucks, I would probably get a zip tie or something to hold it up as it can be a lot of stress to stick the thing that far from the block

Im 90% sure the stock pressure sensor is a 1/8th NPT. While we are on that subject. the stock pressure sensor IMO will only tell you once the pressure gets super low. Were as the adapter plate we offer shows actual pressure flowing through the oil filter.

It is NOT NPT, it is BSP. You screw a 1/8 NPT in there, you risk ruining the threads or leaks.
Nissan and Mazda have used BSP for some reason This is what you will need NISsport Oil Pressure Adapter |

The 350Z used a different fitting from a 370Z. I can guarantee that the oil pressure fitting is 1/8" NPT as I have it out, measured and replaced with a 1/8" NPT Tee fitting.

They look almost identical unless you compare them under a magnifying glass. How did you determine that it was NPT and not BSP?

Not to mention since the DEFi oil pressure gauge sensor point is already installed with the OEM oil pressure sensor with a 1/8" NPT Tee fitting. This is how I know for sure and can guarantee that it is a 1/8" NPT.
